When Should You Resell?

For Resellers:

Are you a corporate planner, hotel  or travel advisor who needs help with hotel or cruise group attrtion pickup? Do you just need to find rooms at a rate that has already been pre-negotiated without having to deal with a long RFP and negotiation process? Either way, we are here to help.

While you can list with us as early as you need to; we recommend 120 days before your event begins. This timeframe gives your group sufficient time to book directly through your block, while allowing us 90 days to sell your rooms before the hotel contract cutoff date. 

Don’t get stuck paying for those empty beds. List your extra rooms on the RoomRite marketplace where other travel agents, organizations, and groups are looking to buy them; helping you avoid costly attrition penalties.

It is free to list your rooms and we only charge the selling party 15% of the rooms we sell. That means insread of paying $10,000 in room attrition penalies, you would only be charged $1,500 after RoomRite sells your rooms.
