Why Resell Your Rooms?
Contracted more hotel rooms than what your group needs? Don’t get stuck paying for those empty beds. List your extra rooms on our marketplace where other groups are looking to buy them; helping you avoid costly attrition penalties. It is free to list your rooms and we only charge the selling party 15% of the rooms we sell. That means insread of paying $10,000 in room attrition penalies, you would only be charged $1,500 after RoomRite sells your rooms.
When Should You Resell?
While you can list with us as early as you need to; we recommend 120 days before your event begins. This timeframe gives your group sufficient time to book directly through your block, while allowing us 90 days to sell your rooms before the hotel contract cutoff date.
