We were getting a little nervous. People were hesitant to travel and we didn't want to pay for rooms that we weren't going to use. We knew we had a great rate at this resort in Cancun, and we thought that there might be somebody, somewhere that would be interested in benefiting from our great rate. We just didn't know how to connect with them, but Teresa was great and she found another customer to take our rooms and help us meet our contract.

I could not be more excited or impressed with what Roomrite has to offer. As someone who plans incentive trips for my company, this is a complete game changer. In the past, we would have to plan a year or more out to get locations and prices that would fit with what we were doing. Then we inevitably have some participants that have something come up that leaves us paying for empty rooms. This allows for so much more flexibility in planning and executing incentive programs that we can do anytime and not have to worry about contracts and paying for empty rooms. RoomRite is a fabulous concept. Attrition is one of the biggest hurdles for any meeting planner. It's a tough situation and anything that can help the planner and the company offset any attrition is a huge win!
